A flower girl dress… a decision I thought would be easy because I’ve been looking at little white dresses since our flower girl was born. Whether you’re leaning toward a boho, classic, or modern flower girl dress there are two more important things to consider – your flower child’s age and budget.
I fell in love with so many flower girl dresses, but they were a LOT of dress for a little baby. I wanted Nora to wear the dress, not the dress to wear Nora. And of course, she is an important piece to the wedding day puzzle, but the dress shouldn’t break the bank. Figure out a budget for the flower girl and stick with that. We tried on many and I’m still crushing on some of these, but we ended up combining elements of our favorites to make a one-of-a-kind custom dress for our one-of-a-kind gal. I hope these inspire you
Back a-lined tiered toulle flower girl dress
We’ve bought and worn this dress and it really is the cutest. The lace sleeves, beautiful back, and dreamy silhouette made it ALMOST Nora’s dress. You can choose between a full-length or short style all for under $40!!!
Pippa & Julie flower girl dress
Simple, dainty, and just enough tulle to make your little flower girl feel like a princess. This is perfect for a toddler flower girl.
The baby Annabelle
I think this dress is perfect for a babe, but it only goes up to 18M. The length is perfect to give baby the freedom to move around and play with the fluff plus, embroidery is complimentary.
White Label by Zoe
I’m newly crushing on 3-D flower embellishments. This dress gives me all the feels. It is an investment, but I think it’s timeless and beautiful.
BHLDN’s lindi dress
If Nora was a little bit older, I think this would have been her dress. I love the sweet, little girl silhouette without too much fluff. The details on the sleeves and extra length are just lovely.
Psstt.. if the Lindi doesn’t fit your image, everything flower girl from BHLDN makes my heart flutter. And I think the price point is the perfect middle ground.
Marchesa note mini
This beauty comes in sizes 2-14 and this picture does not do this dress justice. The delicate tulle over-the-shoulder sleeves and 3-D tulle flowers and layers are just perfection. I think this could be beautiful on any flower child between the ages of 4-10.
