Hey Breasties!
If you’re here, you either know someone or are someone who has been effected by breast cancer. Whether you’re seeking advice, information, and/or community, I’m here to remind you: you are not alone. I’ve gathered all of the wisdom given to me and personal experiences in this space to answer questions about breast cancer, the BRCA gene, double mastectomy, reconstruction and even how to show love and care for someone else moving through this season of life.

Non-Profits I Support
BCRF
“The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer. We provide critical funding for cancer research worldwide to fuel advances in tumor biology, genetics, prevention, treatment, metastasis and survivorship.”
Metavivor
“METAvivor is dedicated to the specific fight of women and men living with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. At the time of METAvivor’s founding, no organization was dedicated to funding research for the disease and no patient groups were speaking out about the dearth of stage 4 cancer research. While more and more people have taken up the cry for more stage 4 research, METAvivor remains the sole US organization dedicated to awarding annual stage 4 breast cancer research.”
The Pink Fund
“The Pink Fund provides financial support to help meet basic needs, decrease stress levels, and allow breast cancer patients in active treatment to focus on healing while improving survivorship outcomes. Our 90-day grant program allows us to meet their critical expenses for housing, transportation, utilities, and insurance.”
The Breasties
“The Breasties is the first all-inclusive nonprofit organization that creates community for survivors, previvors, thrivers, and carevivors, impacted by breast and gynecologic cancers. We’re on a mission to empower through connection, free events, and trusted resources, and to fund research for metastatic breast cancer.”
