Like travel, the yoga practice is personal yet universal. Living out of a suitcase for seven years meant I had to get creative with moving my body – in airports, in hotel rooms, on balconies and beaches, you name it! My yoga practice has kept me grounded through every bump, heartbreak, and layover on The Road Les Traveled. In 2018 I received my 200hr RYT and married my two loves of travel and yoga into a series deemed LimitLes – the notion that no matter where you roam or how you move, the options are truly LimitLes. We celebrate and welcome all ages, shapes, and fitness levels to practice with us. Come as you are.

During this uncertain time, I wanted to give something to the world and my community who has given so much to me. I set up my iPhone, hit “Live” and started teaching to whoever could tune in for months on end. Since then, I’ve curated this platform for you that will live beyond 2020!

The Intention
My intention is to help even one person out there take a deep breath, feel their feet on the ground and move with their breath…and if not fall in love with the practice, simply sit in a safe and quiet space regardless of how out of control the surrounding world may seem. Just wanted to tell you how thankful I am for all of your work out videos on Instagram during this quarantine! They have been such a nice addition to working out from home. I also think it’s the missing piece to me restrengthening my core after having 3 kids! I’ve had chronic lower back pain and spent all of 2019 trying to solve it with countless doctor appointments which lead to X-rays, an MRI and hours of physical therapy.
