Top 10 Places for Your Bachelorette Party

New Orleans, Louisiana

There’s no shortage of good fun, round-the-clock partying, and really good food in NOLA! This is the destination for the bride who loves a party as much as she loves to indulge in all kinds of creole and cajun goodness. There’s also plenty to do outside of boozing from live soulful music everywhere to historical architecture down every street.

Nashville, Tennessee

There’s a reason this is arguably the most popular bachelorette party destination. You can easily make your own rendition of any “best Nashville bachelorette itinerary” and be guaranteed a good time, warm weather, and Southern hospitality. The grits are in abundance, the weather is hot, and the people are down right friendly. I grew up in the south so I’m very accustomed to all of those things, and it’s no surprise that Charleston has recently been named the #1 city in the world by Travel + Leisure – again. It’s that good.

New York, New York

Concrete jungle where dreams are made of! This is the spot for the Carrie Bradshaw bride in your group. To do New York right, you have to be willing to spend some $$, but ask Vegas or New York and NYC wins every time. Hot tip- shoulder season and the holiday season are when the city shines. Then, the sun goes down and downtown lights go up. Everything is walkable once you get downtown, and the restaurant’s food and cocktails are to die for. Plus, there are SO many gorgeous villas for rent for your crew- just add flamingo floaties and heart-shaped sunnies for swag!

Napa Valley, California

Napa’s ethereal landscapes will transport you to a different country altogether. The natural beauty of this region combined with one of the many beautiful accommodations and a smooth cab makes it an easy and classy girl’s getaway. On the itinerary: indulge in wine and cheese at winery after winery. On the packing list: summer dresses and a cozy sweater.

Austin, Texas

Similarly to Nashville, Austin has been taken over by bachelor and bachelorette parties on every corner. Not sure how the locals feel, but I do know it’s a guaranteed good time! Start off Friday night with live music and trendy bars, spend Saturday on Lake Travis hooked up to other party boats, and bookend the weekend with a fun Sunday brunch. You know exactly what you’re going to get with Austin, and that’s kind of the best part!

Miami, Florida

Helloooo. Party in the city where the heat is on! If Miami didn’t immediately come to mind with its 250 days of sunshine per year, I can’t help ya (j/k that’s what I’m here for). Even if you don’t like to party, there’s something for everyone. Yummy restaurants, lavish spas, and free Spanish lessons for days. Let’s be honest, any chic hotel with a rooftop pool will do. On my list: 1 Hotel South Beach, Faena Hotel, The Betsy, Acqualina Resort and Spa.

Asheville, North Carolina

This is a new hot spot, and it’s right up my alley. Stay near the downtown area or in the Highlands and mother nature will show off! Fill your long weekend with a hike or two, and for the grand finale?! A sunrise hot air ballon!!
