The Why
When I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, I knew I wanted to weave yoga into the community I dreamed of creating – cue LimitLes. Teaching yoga on my LimitLes trips felt like a sacred act for everyone in the room. I knew one day I wanted to share my classes with my wider community.
When travel bans started in March and 2020 took a turn for the uncertain, I found myself grounded and desperately wanting to give something to the world and my community who has given so much to me. I set up my iPhone, hit “Live” and started teaching to whoever could tune in for months on end.
Since then, I have curated a variety of classes to inspire you to move! LimitLes Movement is more than a yoga subscription service. This user-friendly platform is simply a place to roll out your mat, tune in, and feel good in your body. I created this space for the travel community, my breasties, my LimitLes Travel alum, friends, family, and anyone who is craving to take up some space. Wherever you are on your journey or in the world, you belong here.
FAQs
What does my membership include?
A LimitLes Movement membership includes unlimited access to the complete library of classes, a weekly newsletter with tips and tricks and notifications of new weekly classes!
When can we expect new classes?
Every Monday, subscribers receive an email with new classes inside!
Who do you typically teach?
In my experience as a yoga teacher, I’ve taught to all ages and levels under the sun. I’ve always wanted my yoga to feel accessible and approachable by everyone. I hope that shines through in my classes!
I’m new to yoga. Can I still join?
Absolutely! I absolutely love teaching to beginners, and just remember that at some point in everyone’s practice, they were a beginner, too. I’ve incorporated breakdowns of poses and sequences on the platform and will continue to build on this beginner series so that hopefully you will come to feel at home on your mat.
Do you still plan on going Live to teach in real-time?
Yes! I love when we can all practice at once – it feels energetic and motivating, almost as if we were in the same room together! We are building out functionality for this on the website so that we can do it on the platform instead of Instagram!
Do you have plans to introduce other teachers on the platform?
I do! I think in order to scale anything, the introduction of more teachers is necessary. I also believe that different yogis resonate with different teachers, so it’s important to find your style.
I don’t see the option for a free trial. Why not?
Currently, there is not an option for a free trial. If you’re new here (welcome!) I invite you to try one of my yoga classes on my IGTV filmed during quarantine. During this uncertain time, I recorded various yoga classes with different focuses so that everyone could practice on their own time. Since then, I’ve curated this platform for you that will live beyond 2020!
If we need to cancel, how do we go about that?
All plans are on auto-renew. If you’d like to cancel, please email limitlesmovement@theroadlestraveled at least 30 days beforehand, and we’ll take care of it although we’ll be super sad to see you go.
I noticed there aren’t playlists in the background of your classes. Should we play our own?
Everyone is different. I’ve received lots of love from my playlists while other practitioners would either like to play their own music or none at all. I completely understand that which is why you hear soft tunes in the background for now on the platform. I’d love to incorporate classes taught in sync with music in the future. We’ll let you know when that’s available. Until then, feel free to hit play on any one of my Spotify playlists below!

Hi Lesley,
I was wondering if there’s anywhere we can preview your LimitLes movement platform or pay per class before joining? Would be great to see the types and number of classes you have! I’ve tried your classes on IGTV and have loved them so far (:
Thank you!

Hi Jen! Thanks for the great question. We addressed on the LimitLes Movement homepage that there isn’t a free trial simply because I taught many classes for months on end during quarantine that are now on my IGTV to check out! There, you can see if you enjoy my style of teaching (no hard feelings if not! Everyone has their own style). The types of classes vary from vinyasa flows to slow, grounding, healing movements and beginner tutorials. I always try and teach to all levels 🙂 I hope this helps!
